ezjob reads published job ads, weighs them against your CV and tells you which ones are actually worth an application. It then prepares the cover letter and CV for each, in a shape recruitment software can parse.
What it is
A job search rarely fails for want of openings: it fails because sorting hundreds of ads costs hours, and the generic application that comes out of that convinces nobody. ezjob goes after the sorting.
The product is for the person looking, not for the company hiring. That distinction matters: everything it does points at one question — is this ad worth your time, and how should you answer it.
What it does
Each ad is weighed against your CV and scored, so the list reads top-down instead of having to be read through. The match is on the skills actually asked for, not on job titles alone.
For the ads you keep, ezjob produces a CV and a letter aligned with the posting, structured to be read by applicant-tracking software as well as by a person. The market is France, and the interface is in French.
