Service 01
A site that loads fast, and that people find
We design, build and ship company sites, landing pages and shops. They render fast on a phone, read without effort, and are built to be found — in search engines and in the assistants that now write the answer instead of listing a page of results. Business email on your domain is part of the work: a site that generates enquiries is worth nothing if your replies land in the spam folder.
Our approach
Why we work this way.
A company site has two readers: the person browsing it, and the machine indexing it. Both want the same thing — pages that answer a precise question quickly and clearly. We build with Next.js and render pages statically wherever the content allows it: there is nothing left to compute when someone visits, and the page appears almost immediately. Images are resized and served in the right format, fonts are self-hosted, and no third-party script is added without a reason — each one costs load time and carries away a slice of your visitors’ data.
SEO follows the same logic: nothing magic, a sum of things done correctly and checkable one by one. A readable URL architecture, titles and descriptions written page by page, structured data that genuinely describes the company and its services, internal links that lead somewhere. We do not sell a guaranteed position, because nobody can sell one. We make the site technically sound, editorially useful and measurable; the rest depends on your market and on time.
What it covers
The detail, item by item.
The site
Company site, landing page or shop: the same technical foundation and the same performance requirement. Core Web Vitals are a design constraint, not an end-of-project rescue operation.
- Built with Next.js, pages rendered statically wherever possible
- Core Web Vitals tracked during development, not discovered after launch
- Images resized, compressed and served in the format the device wants
- Self-hosted fonts: no request to an outside server on load
- No superfluous third-party script, and none we cannot justify to you
- Contrast, keyboard navigation and accessible labels checked page by page
- Light and dark modes wherever the project warrants them
Technical SEO and measurement
The part of SEO that depends neither on luck nor on budget: what the site exposes to crawlers, and what you can observe afterwards.
- A readable, stable URL architecture — one page per search intent
- Titles and meta descriptions written page by page, never generated in bulk
- schema.org structured data consistent with the visible text
- XML sitemap, robots.txt and canonical tags
- Internal linking: every important page is reachable and receives links
- Permanent redirects on a rebuild, so neither inbound links nor history are lost
- Search Console set up: indexing watched, queries and pages tracked over time
Local SEO
For a business with an address or a service area, the business listing often weighs more than the site itself in nearby searches.
- Creating or claiming the Google Business Profile listing
- Primary and secondary categories chosen for what you actually sell
- Service area, opening hours, services and description kept current
- Photos and regular posts, in the formats the platform expects
- Questions and answers filled in ahead of time rather than left to chance
- Name, address and phone identical everywhere the business is listed
- A simple method for asking for reviews and replying to them without losing days to it
AI answer engines (GEO)
A share of searches no longer ends in a list of links but in a written answer. Being cited there requires pages a machine can read, understand and attribute. The ground is new: the rules move fast and no citation can be guaranteed — we apply what is checkable, and we say so when it is not.
- The answer to the question sits at the top of the page, not after three paragraphs
- One page addresses one precise question, and the title says which
- Facts dated and attributed to their source, so they can be reused undistorted
- Structured data saying exactly what the visible text says
- Self-contained wording, understandable out of context, and therefore quotable
- Pages readable without executing JavaScript, because not every crawler runs it
- An FAQ written from questions customers actually ask
Business email on your domain
Writing from an address in the company’s name changes how you are read — provided the message reaches the inbox.
- Addresses on your own domain, mailboxes and aliases set up to match how you work
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured in the DNS zone, then verified
- Deliverability checked with test sends to the main mail providers
- Consistent signatures, aligned with the site
- Redirects and forwarding so no message is lost during the switch
- Access and DNS records documented, in your name
What you receive
Checkable, at the end of the engagement.
- A live site on your domain, with the code, the hosting and the access in your hands
- Pages marked up end to end: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap and robots.txt
- A redirect plan if an existing site is being replaced, applied and verified
- A completed business listing, consistent with the site and with your other mentions
- Working business email: addresses, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, signatures
- Search Console configured, ownership verified and pages submitted for indexing
Process
How we proceed
Scoping
We start from what you sell, to whom, and from what people type to find it. If a site already exists, we record what works, what blocks and what must absolutely be kept — a rebuild that erases the search history costs more than it brings in.
Structure and content
Site tree, URLs, one page per search intent. We write or rework the copy with you: nobody knows your customers’ objections but you, and that is where the pages that convert come from.
Build and launch
Front-end work, performance, markup, redirects, then the domain and email switchover. Nothing goes live without a page-by-page read-through, on desktop and on a phone.
Indexing and follow-up
Submission for indexing, checking which pages actually came back, fixing the errors reported. We stay reachable afterwards to adjust whatever the first weeks of traffic reveal.
Frequently asked questions
The questions that come back, and our answers.
- Do you guarantee first place in Google?
- No — and be wary of anyone who does. Ranking depends on a private algorithm, on the competition for each query, and on a domain history nobody manufactures in a few weeks. What we do guarantee is our own work: a fast site, correctly marked up, indexable, with content that genuinely answers the question asked — and an honest read of what is progressing and what is not.
- What does GEO actually change?
- GEO, optimising for answer engines, aims to make your pages quotable by an assistant that writes an answer instead of listing ten links. In practice: the answer sits at the top of the page, each page addresses one precise question, facts are dated and attributed, and structured data says what the visible text says. The ground is new, answer engines change their rules without publishing them, and no citation can be guaranteed. That said, a clear, factual, well-marked-up page is easier to quote than a rambling one.
- Will you take over an existing site?
- Yes. We start by recording what is there — pages that receive traffic, inbound links, URL structure — before proposing anything. Depending on the case, we fix what is repairable, or we rebuild while keeping the URLs and redirecting the rest. We tell you which of the two is cheaper for you, even when it is not the one that bills for longer.
- Who owns the code and the accounts?
- You do. The site’s code, the domain name, the hosting, the business listing and the email are created in your name, or transferred to you at the end of the engagement. We keep no access you would depend on: changing supplier must never cost you your site.

Tell us about your project
One email is enough.
Write to us in a few lines: your business, what you are trying to achieve, and the deadline that matters to you. We answer in English or in French, with a straight opinion — including when the honest answer is that another service, or none at all, would serve you better.
